The context

OFFZONE builds solutions for industrial and healthcare clients where data security is critical. The Cybersecurity Lead ensures our development practices, infrastructure and deliverables meet security standards.

The mission

You will define and enforce the security policy, audit development practices, secure infrastructure and raise team awareness of best practices.

Your responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the IT security policy
  • Audit code, infrastructure and processes
  • Implement security tools and practices (SAST, DAST, secrets management)
  • Train and raise team awareness of risks and best practices
  • Manage security incidents and drive remediation
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Tech environment
  • Git
  • Linux
Required skills
  • In-depth knowledge of web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10)
  • Experience in security auditing (code, infrastructure, network)
  • Proficiency with application security tools
  • Knowledge of standards and regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001)
  • Ability to explain security challenges to non-specialist teams
Profile we're looking for
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in IT security
  • Methodical and able to prioritize risks
  • Comfortable collaborating with development teams
  • Active watch on threats and new vulnerabilities
Nice to have
  • Security certifications (CEH, CISSP, OSCP)
  • Red team or penetration testing experience
  • Knowledge of cloud architectures and their hardening
  • Bug bounty program contributions
