The context

OFFZONE develops complex applications for demanding business users: industrial technicians, healthcare professionals, managers. The UI/UX Designer creates interfaces that make these tools accessible and efficient.

The mission

You will design user journeys and interfaces for our applications, from user research to high-fidelity mockups. You will work closely with frontend developers.

Your responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and co-design workshops
  • Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
  • Develop and maintain the OFFZONE design system
  • Prototype interactions and micro-animations
  • Test and iterate interfaces with end users
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation fidelity

  • Figma
  • Prototyping

Required skills
  • Advanced Figma proficiency (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
  • Experience designing design systems
  • Ability to conduct user tests and leverage results
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG)
  • Sensitivity to frontend development (HTML/CSS/React is a plus)
Profile we're looking for
  • 3 to 5 years of UI/UX design experience for web or mobile applications
  • Portfolio showing complex projects with business users
  • Rigorous, collaborative and user-oriented
  • Comfortable defending design decisions
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of Framer Motion or CSS animations
  • Experience designing for regulated sectors (healthcare, industry)
  • Familiarity with Agile methods
  • Frontend development knowledge
