OFFZONE manages multiple projects in parallel for clients in industry, healthcare and digital. The Tech Lead ensures technical consistency and quality of delivered solutions.
You will define the technical architecture of projects, mentor developers and ensure code quality, security and maintainability. You will be the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Define the technical architecture of projects (backend, frontend, infra)
- Mentor and upskill developers
- Lead code reviews and define quality standards
- Anticipate technical debt and plan refactors
- Collaborate with project managers and clients on technical decisions
- Stay current with technology trends and propose improvements

- Advanced proficiency with TypeScript, React/Next.js and Node.js
- Experience designing scalable architectures
- Ability to lead a team of 3 to 8 developers
- Rigor on code quality, testing and security
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5+ years of development experience, including 2 years in a lead role
- Product vision and ability to balance quality with pragmatism
- Leadership through example and knowledge sharing
- Able to manage priorities in a multi-project context
- Experience with microservices or event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in application performance management
