The context

OFFZONE builds custom digital solutions for business users: industrial operators, healthcare professionals, managers. The Product Designer creates interfaces that make these tools accessible and effective.

The mission

You will design user journeys and interfaces for our applications. You will work with development teams and clients to turn business needs into clear, intuitive experiences.

Your responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and business stakeholder interviews
  • Design flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • Create and maintain the product design system
  • Design final interfaces (UI) with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with frontend developers for faithful implementation
  • Test and iterate on deployed solutions

Required skills
  • Proficiency in UX design (research, personas, journeys, testing)
  • Proficiency in UI design (typography, colors, components, responsive)
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems
  • Ability to prototype quickly and iterate
  • Smooth communication with technical teams
Profile we're looking for
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
  • Portfolio demonstrating complex web or application projects
  • Sensitivity to accessibility and technical constraints
  • Autonomous, able to advocate for design decisions
Nice to have
  • Experience with Figma and its advanced features (variables, auto-layout)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience designing for business or industrial applications
  • Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions
