The context

OFFZONE develops complex web applications for demanding sectors: industrial ERPs, healthcare platforms, digitalization tools. Our interfaces must be performant, accessible and tailored to business users.

The mission

You will develop the interfaces of our web applications, working closely with product designers and backend developers. You will ensure quality, performance and accessibility of every screen.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop performant and accessible React/Next.js interfaces
  • Implement designs following the design system
  • Manage application state and client-side interactions
  • Optimize web performance (Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, SSR)
  • Write component and integration tests
  • Collaborate with the design team to refine user experience

Required skills
  • Proficiency with React and its ecosystem (hooks, context, server components)
  • Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR, ISR)
  • TypeScript in production environments
  • Pixel-perfect design implementation with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of web accessibility principles (WCAG)
Profile we're looking for
  • 2 to 5 years of frontend development experience
  • Sensitivity to design and user experience
  • Autonomous, able to prioritize and deliver consistently
  • Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team
Nice to have
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or design token systems
  • Knowledge of Framer Motion or advanced CSS animations
  • Familiarity with testing tools (Playwright, Testing Library)
  • Technical SEO knowledge
