The context

OFFZONE builds custom digital solutions for industry, healthcare and services. Our backends power ERPs, CMMS platforms, digitalization tools and high-traffic web applications.

The mission

You will design, develop and maintain the APIs and backend services that power our products. You will work closely with frontend, DevOps and product teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

Your responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performance RESTful APIs
  • Model data and manage MongoDB schemas
  • Implement business logic for ERP, CMMS and digitalization solutions
  • Write unit and integration tests
  • Participate in code reviews and share best practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the technical architecture

Required skills
  • Proficiency with Node.js and TypeScript in production
  • Solid experience with MongoDB (modeling, aggregation, indexing)
  • Design of scalable RESTful APIs
  • Automated testing practice
  • Ability to work in a team on multi-module projects
Profile we're looking for
  • 2 to 5 years of backend development experience
  • Comfortable with service-oriented architectures
  • Curious, rigorous and committed to code quality
  • Able to communicate clearly about technical decisions
Nice to have
  • Experience with message queues (Redis, RabbitMQ)
  • Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Open source contributions
