The context

OFFZONE runs multiple projects in parallel for clients in industry, healthcare and services. The Technical Project Manager ensures smooth project execution from specification to production.

The mission

You will lead development projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, team coordination, progress tracking, risk management and delivery. You will be the primary interface between clients and technical teams.

Your responsibilities
  • Scope projects with clients and define functional specifications
  • Plan and track progress (sprints, milestones, deliverables)
  • Coordinate development, design and infrastructure teams
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Ensure regular communication with clients
  • Guarantee deliverable quality and deadline compliance

  • Git
Required skills
  • Experience managing technical projects (web, IT, digitalization)
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Ability to understand technical challenges without being a developer
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Rigor in tracking and reporting
Profile we're looking for
  • 3 to 6 years of technical project management experience
  • Comfortable in a multi-project, multi-client context
  • Able to manage priorities and trade-offs
  • Results-oriented with focus on client satisfaction
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of modern web architectures (frontend, backend, cloud)
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Notion)
  • PMP, Prince2 or Scrum Master certification
  • Experience managing industrial or healthcare projects
