You will gather and analyze client requirements, write functional specifications and support development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather and formalize client business requirements
- Write functional specifications and user stories
- Design user journeys and business workflows
- Facilitate scoping workshops with stakeholders
- Support development teams during implementation
- Validate deliverables and conduct functional testing
- Notion
- Figma
- SQL
- Git
- Experience in functional analysis and specification writing
- Ability to model complex business processes
- Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Jira or Linear)
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 2 to 5 years of business analysis or functional consulting experience
- Sensitivity to technical challenges without being a developer
- Structured, rigorous and results-oriented
- Comfortable facilitating meetings and presenting deliverables
- Knowledge of the industrial or healthcare sector
- Experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with Figma or prototyping tools
- Data modeling knowledge
