The context

OFFZONE builds custom solutions for industry and healthcare. Some of our applications integrate models for automated document processing, classification or prediction. This role aims to structure and industrialize these capabilities.

The mission

You will develop and integrate AI models into our products: data processing, information extraction, intelligent assistants. You will work with backend and product teams.

Your responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models
  • Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, open source models) into our products
  • Design data pipelines for training and inference
  • Evaluate and improve model performance
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate AI into product workflows
  • Document deployed AI solutions
Tech environment
  • Python

Required skills
  • Experience developing machine learning models
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
  • Knowledge of AI APIs and LLMs
  • Ability to design robust data pipelines
  • Understanding of model deployment challenges
Profile we're looking for
  • 3 to 6 years of ML engineering or applied data science experience
  • Pragmatic: focused on business value, not model complexity
  • Comfortable working in a multi-project context
  • Curious and constantly monitoring AI advancements
Nice to have
  • Experience in natural language processing (NLP)
  • Knowledge of Docker for model deployment
  • Familiarity with RAG architectures
  • Backend development experience (Node.js, TypeScript)
